Bij Flexyz vinden wij de veiligheid van onze systemen en applicaties erg belangrijk. Ondanks onze zorg voor de beveiliging van onze systemen kan het voorkomen dat er toch een zwakke plek is.

Deze responsible disclosure is geen uitnodiging om ons netwerk actief te scannen op kwetsbaarheden.

Als u een zwakke plek in één van onze systemen of applicaties heeft gevonden horen wij dit graag zo spoedig mogelijk zodat we maatregelen kunnen treffen. Wij willen graag met u samenwerken om onze klanten en onze systemen beter te kunnen beschermen.

WAT WIJ U VRAGEN:

• Uw bevindingen per email te sturen naar security@flexyz.com.
• Het probleem niet te misbruiken door bijvoorbeeld meer data te downloaden dan nodig is om het lek aan te tonen.
• Het probleem niet te misbruiken door bijvoorbeeld gegevens van derden in te kijken, te verwijderen of aan te passen, anders dan nodig om het lek aan te tonen.
• Het probleem niet met anderen te delen totdat het is opgelost.
• Alle vertrouwelijke gegevens die zijn verkregen via het lek direct na het dichten van het lek te wissen.
• Geen gebruik te maken van aanvallen op fysieke beveiliging, social engineering, distributed denial of service, spam of doormiddel van hacking tools.
• Indien voor u mogelijk voldoende informatie te geven om het probleem te reproduceren. Meestal is het IP-adres of de URL van het getroffen systeem en een omschrijving van de kwetsbaarheid voldoende. Bij complexere kwetsbaarheden kan meer informatie nodig zijn en we stellen het op prijs als u dit zo goed mogelijk kunt specificeren. Dit alles met als doel de kwetsbaarheid zo snel mogelijk weg te nemen.

WAT WIJ U BELOVEN:

• Wij reageren zo spoedig mogelijk op uw melding. Daarbij zullen wij indien mogelijk direct onze beoordeling van de melding en een verwachte datum voor de oplossing aan u terugmelden.
• Wij behandelen uw melding vertrouwelijk en zullen uw persoonlijke gegevens niet zonder uw toestemming met derden delen, tenzij dat noodzakelijk is om een wettelijke verplichting na te komen.
• Als de gemelde kwetsbaarheid bij ons een project initieert om tot een oplossing te komen, dan zullen wij u op regelmatige basis informeren over de voortgang.
  In berichtgeving over het gemelde probleem zullen wij, indien u dit wenst, uw naam vermelden als de ontdekker van de kwetsbaarheid.
• Als u zich aan bovenstaande voorwaarden heeft gehouden zullen wij geen juridische stappen tegen u ondernemen betreffende de melding.
• Als dank voor uw hulp, kunnen wij een beloning aanbieden voor elke melding van een bij ons nog onbekend beveiligingsprobleem. Afhankelijk van de ernst van het beveiligingsprobleem en de kwaliteit van de melding, kan die beloning variëren van een eenvoudig ‘dankjewel’ tot een financiële beloning. De hoogte van de beloning wordt door Flexyz bepaald.
• Wij streven er naar om alle problemen zo snel mogelijk op te lossen en wij worden graag betrokken bij een eventuele publicatie over het probleem nadat het is opgelost.

RESPONSIBLE DISCLOSURE (EN)
At Flexyz, we consider the security of our systems and applications a top priority. But no matter how much effort we put into system security, there can still be vulnerabilities present.

This responsible disclosure is not an invitation to actively scan our network for vulnerabilities!

If you discover a vulnerability in one of our systems or applications, we would like to know about it as soon as possible so we can take steps to address it as quickly as possible. We would like to ask you to help us better protect our clients and our systems.

PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING:

• E-mail your findings to security@flexyz.com
• Do not take advantage of the vulnerability or problem you have discovered, for example by downloading more data than necessary to demonstrate the vulnerability or deleting or modifying other people’s data,
• Do not reveal the problem to others until it has been resolved,
• Delete all confidential data that has been obtained through the vulnerability,
• Do not use attacks on physical security, social engineering, distributed denial of service, spam or applications of third parties, and
• Do provide sufficient information to reproduce the problem, so we will be able to resolve it as quickly as possible. Usually, the IP address or the URL of the affected system and a description of the vulnerability will be sufficient, but complex vulnerabilities may require further explanation. We would appreciate if you can specify this as much as you can. All this with the goal to take away the vulnerability as soon as possible.

WHAT WE PROMISE:

• We will respond to your report as soon as possible. If possible, we will send you an evaluation of your report and an expected resolution date,
• We will treat your report confidentially and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, unless this is necessary to comply with a legal obligation.
• If the reported vulnerability triggers a project within our organization to come up with a solution, we will keep you regularly informed about the progress.
• In the public information concerning the problem reported, we will give your name as the discoverer of the problem (unless you desire otherwise), and
  If you have followed the instructions above, we will not take any legal action against you in regard to the report,
• As a token of gratitude for your assistance, we may offer a reward for each report of a security issue previously unknown to us. Depending on the severity of the security problem and the quality of the report, the reward can range from a simple ‘thank you’ to a financial compensation. The amount of the reward is determined by Flexyz.
• We strive to resolve all problems as quickly as possible, and we would like to play an active role in the ultimate publication on the problem after it is resolved.
